Walk With Purpose

I have to start by saying how much I love this design! It took me a few extra minutes to create, but it was worth every one of them. I included renditions inspired by some of the incredible people I met at last year’s AFSP walks in Miami, Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Stuart. Each person I met carried a story, a reason for walking, and a reminder of why this work matters. I hope you love the design as much as I do. 🥰 Now…onward to today’s message. Let’s go!

Suicide prevention starts with all of us. Walk with purpose. Walk to raise awareness. Walk to support someone who may be struggling. Walk in honor or memory of someone you love, I know I will. Walk to remind your community that mental health matters and that no one should have to struggle alone. Sign up for a local AFSP walk or NAMI walk, volunteer your time, donate if you can, and definitely invite your family and friends to walk alongside you.

Every step can start a conversation. Every voice can help break the stigma surrounding mental health. And every person who shows up helps send a message of hope and support to someone who may need it. You don’t have to do everything; you just have to do something. So, WALK! ❤️ Walk for awareness. Walk for hope. Walk for those we love. Walk with purpose.

All the best!
