How much do you love this design? It took me a few extra mins, but it was worth the time because I made renditions of some of the folks I met at last year's walks in Miami, Palm Beach, Ft Lauderdale, and Stuart. I hope you love it as much as I do. 🥰

Walk to raise awareness.
Walk to support someone who is struggling.
Walk in honor or memory of someone you love.
Walk to remind our communities that mental health matters and no one should have to struggle alone.

Sign up to your local AFSP and NAMI walks. Volunteer and/or donate if you can, and definitely invite your family and friends to join you.

Every step helps start a conversation.
Every voice helps break the stigma.
Every person who shows up helps strengthen the message that suicide prevention matters.
